Service.
PerfumePerfume Arts provides bespoke fragrance experiences and custom
fragrance products for weddings, corporate functions, private events,
promotional activations, and special occasions.
All services are subject to availability and acceptance by
Perfume Arts. Arts specialises in bespoke fragrance experiences
and customised fragrance solutions for a variety of occasions and
events, including:
Quotations are prepared based on information provided by the client
and may be revised should event requirements, quantities, locations,
or specifications change.
Bookings are only confirmed once agreed in writing and any
required deposit has been received.
Many Perfume Arts products and services are customised to the client's
requirements.
Once production, preparation, branding, packaging, or
personalisation has commenced, changes may not be possible and refunds
may be limited in accordance with our Booking, Cancellation &
Refund Policy.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information relating to
event dates, locations, quantities, branding requirements, delivery
details, and any other information necessary to fulfil the order or
service.
Perfume Arts shall not be responsible for delays or issues
arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the
client.
All branding, creative concepts, website content, photographs, logos, and materials produced by Perfume Arts remain the property of Perfume Arts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional terms relating to bookings, cancellations, refunds, and delivery arrangements are contained in our published policies and form part of these Terms of Service.
Perfume Arts may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any updates will be published on this page together with the revised "Last Updated" date.
